Designing a unified identity and digital presence for a Czech–Swiss company

BT-Solutions is a Czech–Swiss company providing services in air conditioning systems, energy stations, 3D modeling, and graphic design. As the company expanded its offerings, it needed a consistent and professional visual identity — along with a modern website that reflected its technical expertise and growing capabilities. I was brought in to lead the full design process, from concept to implementation. The goal: create a clear, functional brand system and a website that not only showcases BT-Solutions’ services but also builds trust with potential clients across B2B sectors.

Aligning Vision with Identity

We started by redefining the company’s visual identity to reflect its multidisciplinary nature and future-focused mindset. I designed a clean, modern logo and established a cohesive visual system — including typography, color palette, and brand elements — that communicates precision, reliability, and innovation. This new identity served as the foundation for all further design decisions, ensuring consistency across both digital and print applications.

Designing the Website Experience

With the brand direction in place, I moved into website design and prototyping. I created a user-friendly structure that clearly communicates BT-Solutions’ wide service range while keeping navigation simple and intuitive. Each service page was carefully structured to explain complex offerings in a clear and accessible way, combining visual clarity with technical depth.

From Design to Delivery

I implemented the site using Figma and prepared handoff materials to ensure seamless collaboration with developers. Along the way, I also advised on content structure, image selection, and service hierarchy — making sure the final product delivered not just aesthetic value but clarity and usability as well.

Refining Through Collaboration

Working closely with stakeholders, I continuously refined both structure and visuals based on feedback. I also guided decisions on copy, service categorization, and visual hierarchy — ensuring that every design element supported clarity and usability. This step helped align internal vision with external communication.

Results

This project brought together branding, UX thinking, and web design into a single, coherent system. It gave BT-Solutions a solid visual and digital foundation to scale its services and communicate more effectively with clients. The result is a brand and website that work together — built with intention, and designed to last.
