I work fluently in English, Czech, Russian, and Kyrgyz, and have basic proficiency in German. I’m comfortable switching between languages depending on the project and team.

My process is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in user insight. I typically start with research and discovery, followed by wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and user testing. I adapt my workflow based on your project stage — whether it’s a quick MVP or a long-term product evolution.

I'm available for per-project and hourly work, as well as monthly retainers. While I’m open to short-term projects, I prefer longer-term collaborations where I can contribute more deeply. For example, I can help you launch your MVP, then continue on a retainer basis to iterate and grow the product as part of your team.
